Josh Baker MBA, CPA, CVA, CCIFP – Managing Member As Managing Member of Rooks CPA, PLLC, Josh oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and is dedicated to providing excellent tax management and accounting services to his clients. Since Joining the firm in 2006, Josh has been an integral part of the Firm’s growth focusing on tax and management advisory services and providing extensive knowledge and experience to the Rooks team.

Larry Rooks CPA/PFS,CFP For more than 30 years, Larry Rooks has been committed to providing his clients – individuals, small businesses and corporations – with exceptional accounting and wealth management services. A Certified Public Accountant since 1981, Larry began his accounting career at Deloitte & Touche. He later went on to become the income tax manager for Red Food Store, Inc., and became comptroller for Dillard Smith Construction Company in 1985.

Deanna Faulkner Staff Accountant/Office Manager Deanna brings more than 30 years of accounting experience to her role as staff accountant and financial planning assistant at Rooks CPA, PLLC. Prior to joining the Rooks team, Deanna served in a similar role at Henderson, Hutcherson & McCullough Capital Advisors, PLLC, and worked for two years as an itinerant bookkeeper for the Hamilton County Department of Education. She also spent 27 years with Buster Brown Apparel, Inc., where she held numerous positions including cost accounting supervisor.

Mandy Mullins- Staff Accountant/Administrative Assistant Mandy Mullins joined the Rooks CPA team as Administrative Assistant in 2010. An experienced staff accountant, she is charged with managing the details of client needs.

Mandy’s background contains a wealth of accounting experience for companies such as US Express and ERMC. She was also a part of the early home office team at Chattanooga based ThirtyOne Gifts where she served as bookkeeper and staff accountant for two years.
